Hi all, I'm an international student and I just got an offer from Leeds, Birmingham and Newcastle in the course of accounting and finance. Out of these 3, Newcastle has the highest condition with 75% overall( no really tough though) followed by Birmingham and Leeds which asked for 70% overall.

The most important criteria that I'm looking at is: Which university offers me the best platform to gain admission to a more prestigious university such as Oxbridge, LSC etc. when I do my postgraduate-MBA?

Of course, other factors such as living cost, environment, accreditation, social life, employer reputation, number of international students etc. etc. will also be seriously considered.

I had to reply to my offers in 2 months time, which is quite near from now. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Newcastle's degree has great links with PriceWaterhouseCoopers if you're looking to enter into the accoutning industry. However, I think Leeds is highest on the rankings for this course. Hope that helps

Anyway, I've opted for Newcastle over Leeds, for I believe that Leeds has specialized solely on accounting, which I don't personally prefer. After all,the tuition fees at Newcastle are MUCH lower.
