    Hey there
I would appreciate if some of you would fill in my questionnaire for my EPQ project it would help me out a lot.
I've put it as an attachment so if you could download it, fill in your score and then re-upload it I think that would work.
    Thanks a bunch.

It's free to set up a basic survey with not hundreds of respondents yes.

If you want to ask complicated questions (ie if someone says yes to Q1 it takes them straight to Q4 etc etc) or if you want thousands of people to fill it in or to put a company logo on it then they charge for that.

Once you set it up you still have to get people to GO to your survey and fill it in (so you can still target teenagers for that) but you're more likely to get people to fill in an online survey than to download a file and fill it in that way.

    I think I attached it...
age: 17 btw, score: 43/85 (I responded 'does not apply' to some questions, so the total possible score is lower than the original 100)

Just thought I'd add, for the EPQ you're meant to show how you have ensured the responder's privacy etc. - telling them to upload their answers on a public forum isn't the best way to do this! I would agree with PQ above about using surveymonkey
