We've been working around the same area at work (but have different job roles), it's been quite a while now and I don't know how to start a good conversation with her, we've talked in the past but only small talk like 'hi' 'sorry' 'how you doing' etc. How do I go about talking to her (especially since its been a few months working around the same place)?

Maybe, its best to give little hints to her.. Say like 'what you up to this weekend, anything exciting?' or try and talk about something you both have in common.. Then the conversation should just flow Once, you have had a few conversations, ask for her number and get texting! Then ask her out for a drink etc :P

No problem, hmm..Maybe just tell her how you feel if you have the confidence? If she says ill prefer to be friends, just say yeah thats fine, thanks for telling the truth! Then it wont be less adkward and may split you further apart if you just look upset etc. Or ask her to go to the cinema, get something to eat, help her with something, do little things for her e.g. make a cup of tea etc. Idk what else haha...
