    Hi

I am a third year Speech Therapy student, living outside of London in her own home, who is entitled to a means-tested NHS bursary. I have started to complete my online application for a reduced rate maintenance loan for the fourth (and final) year of my course. I am aware that I may not be entitled to as much money as in previous years because this is my final year, however it has come up with an entitlement figure of £0.00. I have not submitted the application form yet and would appreciate your advice on how to proceed, presuming that I am correct in thinking I am still entitled to apply for this loan?

    Hi Lizzy,

It might be worth checking your application course details to make sure that your course is listed as a 4 year and not a 3 year.

If it says 3 year you'll need to get your uni to send us through a notification of change of course length (they can do this electronically).

If it says 4 years can you let me know and I'll see what I can do to get this sorted for you/

    Thanks,
    Mark-Lee

    Hi

Thanks for your reply. I have checked the course details section in my online application and it does specify 4 years as the length of time my course lasts for. I would be grateful for your advice about what I should do next.

    Hi again Lizzy,

Can you send me your Customer Reference Number by private message and I'll see what I can do for you.

    Thanks!
