Need tips on losing weight and getting ripped watch

    I want to lose weight and then get ripped.

    From today, I have only had breakfast, lunch, a few biscuits and some Rubicon.

    I'm trying to eliminate junk food, chocolate and fizzy drinks.

    I have a treadmill at home. When's the best time to run on it? Before a meal or after a meal?
