    Hello

I had a phone call last week from the manger it sounds like, asking me to come in tomorrow for an interview at 2.00pm. I was wondering what to expect and would it be a one on one or a group interview? He said come in business wear and bring a copy of your CV. I have no idea what questions to expect and I'm all over the place?

    Many thanks

Not sure about specifics but I'm guessing they might ask you about what youk know about the company - so do a little research online about the company and the products they offer. They might ask some basics about food hygiene and customer service, etc.

i used to work there. The interview is a joke, they give you sweets, ask what your favourite meal is then you spend about 2 hours making a house out of straws and cutting pictures out of a newspaper. Then you go down into the shop and ask staff members stuff like "how long does it take to microwave beans" then you have an individual interview where they ask about availability etc.

I had my interview/recruitment day today, and it was really fun they basically made us into groups and made us build a house from straws and the reason for this was to see how we were working in a team.

After this we were giving a bit of paper and had to perform a beyonce song but turn it into comedy and rock related. This was to make sure what our confidence was like.

After that we had our individual interviews which she asked my availability, previous experience, shirt, trousers and shoe size and then what we were looking.. i.e part time or full time.

I told her all this and she said great youll hear back soon. And i heard back 17 minutes (to be percise) after my interview by phonecall 😌
