Hypothetical: Say, if performance enhancers were compulsory in the UK army, should this be so?

I do like the idea of genetically engineered, chemically supplemented super soldiers...

Don't suggest this to the North Koreans!

    What kind of performance-enhancers?

I'm not sure how many soldiers have died through say not running fast enough.

    Be more specific..

If nothing else because these drugs bugger up athletes' so much, and there is more to being a soldier than being muscular and being able to run fast.
