I want to quit my job and go back to uni and do a second masters, as I don't enjoy my career (I work in a Australian mine sites).
Been working in the mines for nearly 2.5yrs now and hate every minute of it, specially the isolation. Very tempted to quit but just trying to save enough to go uni next yr and live...Also, did you use all your savings or have a bit extra as backup?
how much did you save before going back to uni Watch

What do you already have? Will they be suited for another job/career? What would you like to do instead?

You need enough to cover your fees plus living costs for 15 months, so you don't stress whilst completing your dissertation. You also need to be prepared to start job hunting from the 12 month mark. Anything over and above this is a bonus.
Are you sure you need another masters to change careers. Doing a skills based CV may enable you to identify other career opportunities. Concentrate on the transferable skills that you have.
