    Hi,

I posted in the International section about the same topic, but thought it would also fit in here too. I'm always looking to broaden my Twitter horizons.

I'm looking for some Twitter handles, or Facebook groups related to higher education. Just some to introduce news and help into my daily feeds, so I can get into the swing of researching the best course. Already following TSR of course!

Anything I should keep an eye on? Which ones if any, helped you find your course?

Not sure if this is a great way of picking a course. You should probably pick a course based on what you are interested in / passionate about, not just the one that gets the most tweets or Facebook likes. You may end up doing a course that is very popular with other people but extremely boring and uninspiring to you.

Why do you want to do a popular course? Popular does not always mean the best for you. Just do what you actually enjoy doing and pay attention to the career prospects that would be available for you after the completion of your degree.

Sorry, I don't think I gave the right impression in my original post.

I wasn't really looking for social media profiles for institutions themselves. More for organisations or groups who help prospective students find courses, or even official bodies within international study as a whole which deal in relevant issues.

All in all, just some handy Twitter handles to have if you're considering higher education, or education abroad

    Thanks!
