So this morning I hit a pothole and my front nearside tyre punctured. This sounds like a really stupid question, but how do I get an alloy wheel repaired/replaced?
Can I just rock up to somewhere like ATS and they'll be able to do it on the spot, or do I have to make an appointment?

Is it the wheel or the tyre that is damaged?
If it is the tyre then yes, they will normally be able to replace it on the spot if they have it in stock.
If it's the wheel itself then you'll be looking at a professional repair company, or likely finding a replacement from a dealer or eBay. Then you'll be replacing the tyre too.

If you've damaged your alloy, there can be a door repair service which will refurbish your alloy for you. If the alloy has been seriously dented, then you will likely need it sending off.
Same thing for tyre replacement service.
