Application with only 5 A-Level units sat? watch

    • Thread Starter

    Hi there,

I've been sitting A-Level's privately this year with the intent of applying next year for September 2014 entry.

However, I'm a bit concerned that my application won't stand up as I'll only have 5 A Level units sat at the time of application (2 Economics AS and 3 Politics 2 AS/1 A2).

I'll be finishing up with 3 A-Levels in Politics, Economics and a third social science.

I'm wondering if anyone else has been through a similar rhythm of exam sitting and whether or not offers were given?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

What sort of universities are you planning on applying to?

I'm sure if you explain the situation in your personal statement you will still be held in good stead.
