I'm currently looking to change my diet to help in my battle to lose weight. I'm currently studying for exams so I'm not looking for significant changes to my diet. Instead, I'm looking to replace some of the unhealthy things I eat with some things that are a bit healthier.
Some of the ideas I have had are below. I would welcolme your thoughts on my suggestions, as well as any other unhealthy -> healthy replacements you could suggest. Also, feel free to suggest other unhealthy things you would like to find healthier replacements for.
Chips -> boiled new potatoes
Toast -> fruity yoghurt and banana
Any sort of pudding -> yoghurt and/or fruit jelly
Chocolate biscuits -> rich teas
Fizzy drinks -> water
Tortilla wraps -> rice
Chicken -> Turkey
Sausages -> Turkey sausages
Bacon and egg sarnie -> soft boiled eggs and toast
Normal crisps -> baked crisps/walker's sunbites
Frying food -> grilling/baking food
Cheese and cream cracker -> low fat philly and ryvita
Crunchy nut cornflakes -> weetabix
As mentioned, any other suggestions would be more than welcome! I'll add them to the OP as (if) they come in!
