    And it doesnt say whether if I can email them by bill. Do I have to physically post it? Any1 got any experience with them?

    It used to be that you have to post it to them but you can email them now.
    DAP are very good with redemption cashback but they have absolutely no leeway for you if you miss the deadline. The time range to send any given bill is in the order of months so you can only blame yourself if you don't get money from them.
