Hi, I have some doubts with the student finance. I am an EU student full time, and I will started this year 2013. My doubt is when I could start all the process with the student finance? And I saw that in the application for student finance you need to give your national insurance number, if I haven't got one for the moment, because I will moved to England in summer not now, what could I do?

    Hi Angy,

Only UK nationals need to provide National Insurance numbers on their applications.

As you are an EU student you will need to complete a paper application which will be available to download from http://www.gov.uk/studentfinance later this month.

EU students can only apply for tuition fee loans.

    Hope this helps,
    Mark-Lee
