    Hello. I want to make a textbook about chemistry however what software should I use for this and what sort of software do you recommend for chemistry eg drawings graphs and so on?

    You'd be able to create the actual book in Word but for graphs I have no idea. Drawings could be done with a graphics tablet and Photoshop/Illustrator.

    You'd have to collate all the info into the word document and export it as a PDF but unless you take HOURS over arranging it and making sure it's all correct it won't look that amazing. I suppose if it's just for you then that's not a problem.

    Something like LaTeX might work for creating a book like that. I'm not sure if you can create graphs in it directly but it's supposed to be good for mathematics notation.
