I'm currently a foundation student and have received offers from three universities. Two of which are to study BA(hons) Design for Film and Television at Nottingham Trent University and BA(hons) set design for screen at Wimbledon College of Art (University of the arts London). I am stuck between the two, the courses both have similar qualities, but which do you think is the best University to go to for this subject area? There are pros and cons for both, such as the expense of London, but also the contacts in London is a massive advantage. What do you think?

Only you can decide this. Suggest you look very carefully at the course detail at each Uni, in particular the detailed unit/option descriptions, and in all three years of the course. What would you actually choose? Also, check what work placements etc are on offer, any chance of doing a Semester/Year abroad etc.

My only other thought is that Wimbledon is a college which specialises in art/design and is an 'old' well established Art College. Do you want a 'University' experience or a more focused 'Art College' experience?
