I got the implanon taken out and the nexplanon put in on December 20, 2012. I haven't had a period since October, MAYBE November. Should I be worried?

No you don't always have periods with the implant.
I've had the implant for almost 2 years and not had a single one.

I had nexplanon fitted 3 and a half weeks ago, a week after my period finished. I have had a normal period that was on time and was virtually completely normal. I am worried that it may not be working correctly??? as I have not really had any related symptoms, other than a couple of days of being VERY irritable around the beginning of my period. Can periods stay normal on the implant?? I'm very paranoid so it's probably fine but any advice would be appreciated

Thats normal. Google it and read up on it. It's really common to change/stop them
