    Hello

I've tried Google for this with no avail. Basically I get a strange feeling in my legs sometimes in bed. The best way to describe it would be that I get a sensation that I want to "kick my legs out" in a non violent way, or clench the muscles in my legs.

It's extremely annoying and keeps me awake. Does anyone know what causes it?

It may be related to your magnesium levels. Google magnesium deficiency.
