Hi Every one , I have 3 months to face my next term exam(GCSE A/L). So, I planned to study at least 3 hours per day after finishing my school and I have problem, when I take my dinner at 8pm after that I can't study because I am sleeping after that and get up at 4am. please give me a solution for this problem>>>>

Woah, you eat dinner pretty late.. I have mine as soon as I come in from college since I can then get started on my work.
1 hour study a day should be sufficient enough (I mean you study all day at school/ college). When I was at high school I set myself a timetable which kind of prioritized all my work and activities so I knew when to finish one thing and begin another. It can be tricky keeping up with it sometime but It worked out for the best. remember that working/ revising at 4am is pointless since you're running on little energy and will most probably forget what you revised within a couple of hours. work within your limits. Good luck!
