    Hi,
I have an induction at the co-op this evening and just wondered if someone could give me some advice on what to wear.
    Should I dress up smartly?

    Hope someone can help.
    Thank you in advance.

It's not gunna hurt if you dress nicely when they don't expect you to.
However, if you dress in jeans and a t shirt and they wanted you to dress smartly, might put you in the bad books.
    Better be safe than sorry

Dress smartly. It's always better to be over smartly addressed than not. Besides you set a professional air to you.

    Shirt, Trousers and Shoes.

As others said, it's better to be overdressed and make a good impression.
