    Can someone explain that to me? and what it means.

    I exceeded my T-mobile fair use policy contract does that mean i'm going to be billed?

    On old T-mobile plans their "unlimited data" had a fair use policy of 500mb per month. Once you exceeded this your speeds are slowed to a crawl. As far as i'm aware t-mobile don't charge for this. The best thing to do would be to contact T-Mobile to clarify everything for you. If you're due an upgrade they may be able to move you onto a different tariff with more data allowance.
