I hope this doesn't upset any moderators but it's more of a question than a job a job posting at the moment.

I run an IT consultancy in the Brighton area and in the next 2 months will be expanding into website design and development work. I'm looking into options and flexible ways to get resources involved in design and development projects as new business is won without making a huge commitment to have full time staff on board.

If I wanted to have a couple of people either in gap years or that could work on part time projects for me while they are still at Uni and with skills in areas like Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, CSS, HTML, PHP.....where should I be positing opportunities when I have them?

Is there a local place on a Brighton University forum or a career center that I can talk to?
