Hi need some help with a physics question to check if my workings are correct
    The question is
When a foot break of a vehicle is applied a force is applied to a piston in the master cylinder of the break system. The cylinder has a cross section of 0.0006m2 calculate the pressure in the break system when a force of 20N is applied

    Thanks

As this is the only information provided I assume this is a simple question on using the formula that defines pressure.

Do you know the formula for pressure if given the force and the area?
Just sub in the values for F and A.
