Customer Reference Number

Hi Mark!


I've tried to access the finance section in order to apply for a student loan but the site keeps asking me for a "Customer Reference Number" and I'm unsure of what to put in. I've never logged in to that section before so was unaware that I had a customer reference number!
I was just wondering if you knew how to solve the problem?
