# Venn diagram problem explanation watch

1. Hello there,

I am having this issue with this problem above. They want me to shade in the parts (AnB)uC. The answer in the answerbook is no shading at all. I don't understand this. I think that it is the whole of C shaded as AnB doesn't exist and u means or which would meant nothing or C.

Could someone explain this to me?

A.T.
2. AnB is anything in both A and B, since there is no part inside A AND B nothing is to be shaded
3. But it says Union C, which means or C. So it can be nothing or C, or am I just talking rubbish?
4. i am not sure, it has been a while since i did venn diagrams but i am pretty sure you must find something in both A & B then after that comes C
