    Hello,

I was accepted by my dream university in London and I'm seeking solutions but I'm afraid my parents won't be able to help me to cover my living costs! I'm an EU student and I'd be eligible just for one bursary and that's a fee waiver. Does that mean that my tuition fees would be lowered? I want to apply for a tuition fee loan but I don't know how to solve this problem with my living costs. I am not sure that I'd be able to work and study at the same time... (it's architecture, the course is really intense)

Please help me, any ideas how to solve this problem?

Yes a tuition fee waver would just lower the ammount you'd pay in a loan. There aren't any options from the UK side of things, the only possibility would be if your country offers anything. Otherwise I would recommend you defer and work for a year to save up.
