    Here is a question I am stuck.

    Show that the frequency of a photon whose phasor rotates once exploring a path of 200mm long is 1GHz and that its wavelength is 0.2m.

    Could you give me the steps to work this out please because I don't know where to start.

    f = c/lambda
    Make sure your wavelength is in metres.

    Do you have the speed?
