Well I asked Fish and he said:
- dont have to replace whole heart
- prevents back flow
- easy to fit...
We both don't know what stents are. Sorry! :/

stents are like a small metal circular gate thing with a balloon inside, you have an operation to push one through your blood to where a capillary has closed in or has plaque build up .... you then inflate the balloon and the stent pops/unfolds open and locks into place to restore blood flow to the organs
can be used to treat CHD and lower some HBP
