I think the discussion on whether George Osborne should have made the remarks he did today should be raised.
I am personally in favour of what he said and believe the media has twisted his words to make it sound worse than it did. As well as this the fact Ed Balls came out and said "a cynical act of a desperate chancellor" is complete bull**** (pardon me) shows again how Labour will never own up to the responsibility of creating the mess we are in now, however that is going off topic.
I firmly believe George Osborne has every right to make this remark as I personally know a family in my area who's dad and mum used benefits to buy heroin and live a rich lifestyle. There kids are now in foster homes and prison, so the linking of the murder and the topic of benefits can be made.
In advance yes I am supporter of the Conservative party however I am not old enough to vote.
