I've been asked to self teach a few units over Easter, but I don't understand this topic from my textbook.

Does anyone have any good video resources/notes etc that may help me? Thankyou

Get the syllabus and some past papers. If you post specific questions here you will get good advice.

I'm not really at the stage to look at past questions yet as I currently cannot swallow the formulae and theory behind formulae offered to me in the book.

I would advise you to get a good book though, the above aren't really the best introduction to circular motion.

Private message me with your email address and I will send you some powerpoints. The video clips won't work but they might help a bit.
