Why UN and USA disliked Gaddafi's idea of Gold Dinar that would be backed by oil ?This could make Africa a paradise on the Earth.

May be it was not beneficial for USA and UN?
The rise of Africa without the participation of EURO and green papers was not "democratic" enough for Americans and UN?

Please don't tell me about civil war - because we can clearly understand that opposition were working for USA and UN

    Life in Libya under Gaddafi
    GDP per capita - $ 14,192
Government paid annually $ 1,000 for each family member
    Unemployment benefit - $ 730.
    Nurse salary - 1000 $.
For every newborn government paid $ 7,000.
For Newlyweds government donated $ 64,000 to purchase an apartment.
For the opening of personal business government provided financial assistance - $ 20,000.
Major taxes and levies were prohibited.
Petrol was cheaper than water. 1 liter of gasoline - $ 0.14
    Free education and medicine
Education and training abroad - by the government.
    Rent - none.
Payment for electricity for the population were missing.
Sale and consumption of alcohol was prohibited
Car loans and apartment - without interest.
    Real estate services were prohibited.

Sale and consumption of alcohol was prohibited.
Are you trying to make this out to be a good thing?

So what your trying to say OP is that throwing money at these things rather than using the money to make the country much richer or attract business is a good thing?

So a disincentive to work is a good thing?

For Newlyweds government donated $ 64,000 to purchase an apartment.

So inflating the cost of housing is a good thing?

Petrol was cheaper than water. 1 liter of gasoline - $ 0.14

You think this is a good thing? Why is this worse than taxing petrol to subside the cost of water?

    Rent - none.

    Not even maintenance costs?

Payment for electricity for the population were missing.

Bad policy, encourages wastage of electricity.

Sale and consumption of alcohol was prohibited

    Religious mumbo jumbo?

    Real estate services were prohibited.

So who helped them buy/rent a house?

    ....

Those that I've left out weren't half bad.
