Minimising gains made whilst on holiday Watch

Hey, been going to the gym for about 6 months now and made some decent weight gains from being skinny 5'11 9'5'' to 10'6''. However I am going on holiday soon for 2 weeks. It's a hiking trip with 6-8 hours hiking in the alps each day.
Really looking forward to going but know that won't be able to do any gym work in that time whilst away and food is included in the trip so essentially will be eating what is provided.
Any suggestions to minimise the muscle gains I have made mostly in my upper body? Couple of other points
    • Obviously unable to carry anything heavy or large with me on the trip like tubs of whey protein, not sure if their are any compact protein bars I could take and if any can recommend any?
    • Probably don't want to be doing press ups, chin ups on the campsite for fear of looking slightly nuts in front of fellow travellers!

Any help and advice much appreciated

Don't worry about it, if your hiking that long in a day you're probably going to lose a bit of muscle but you'll get it all back really quickly due to muscle memory plus you'll be leaner so it'll be easier to get new gains
