I have natural black hair (I'm indian) and I want to dye it lighter, like a chestnut brownish colour.
Can you use henna to go lighter? and what about honey?
If anyone's done this, could you post pictures so I can see what the end result was like?
    Thanks

Lemon is supposedly really good, you use the juice from 4/8 lemons

You MUST sit out in the sun though, because it is UV rays not heat that makes it work.

I've heard that it only really works for people with blonde/light brown hair who want to go lighter, so im not sure it would work for me. Has anyone tried it with dark hair?
