    Greetings,

I've spent a little time checking some other threads in this section and I am confused about somnething. Some users suggest to revise hard only 3 topics from Unit 1, should I do it this way?

I also searched for some revision notes and I found some on the students forum both for unit 1 & 2. I've looked through them and printed them out, are they good enough for an A grade? Thanks indeed for help.

Yes, you can get away with revising for only 3 topics for Unit 1.

Unless they've changed it, last year you answered three questions in two topics (So that's six in total). That means there's questions for party policies, elections, pressure groups and democracy. As they're guarenteed, there's no need to revise from all four. I would suggest revising democracy as a must though, with the other three being flexible on what you choose.

I used this revision guide last year. It's got all the information in note form. I found it very helpful.
