Reference the Journal, not the pubmed site
The title of that article is: Revisiting Amniocentesis for Fetal Lung Maturity After 36 Weeks’ Gestation

I'll give you an example:

Simon, E.J., Hiller, J.M., and Edelman, I. (1973). Stereospecific binding of the potent narcotic analgesic (3H) Etorphine to rat-brain homogenate. Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A 70, 1947-1949.

So it's:
Surname, initials., Surname, Initials., (year). Study title. Journal, Publication, issue, volume: pages

And when you list authors, list every single one.

EndNote software (maybe on your uni computer) is very useful.

First result on Google:
http://libweb.anglia.ac.uk/referencing/harvard.htm

We only use Vancouver at my uni so I cant really comment on exactly how to do it. Also you should check your learning/resources area of your uni website to see if they have specific criteria for Harvard referencing - there will be something there.

Edit: They may want you to include the web address so the marker can check your source.

Website isn't required for a journal reference in Harvard's format. Only if the reference is to an actual website and not to a journal or text book

By "They" I meant the lecturer marking the assignment. My lecturers request the web address of any electronic journal article that has been cited.

ah ok. I assumed this to be part of the Vancouver formatting for references (which I know nothing about). But we use Harvard, as does the OP.
