    Hey!!!
I was just wondering if there are any books similar to The Gemma Doyle Trilogy (A Great and Terrible Beauty, Rebel Angels,The Sweet Far Thing) by Libba Bray because they are my favourite books
So any other original historical fantasy books/series ??? Preferably set in Victorian London (I have already read 'The Infernal Devices' by Cassandra Claire)
    Thanks for any replies

    I loved those books

Have you read the Stravaganza series (City of Masks, City of Stars etc) by Mary Hoffman? It's set in Renaissance Italy rather than Victorian London, but it's well-researched YA historical fantasy with an interesting concept. There's also The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, which is closer to your chosen time period and is more focused on magic and romance, a bit like the Gemma Doyle trilogy.

I also really liked Airman by Eoin Colfer, and of course there's the His Dark Materials trilogy by Philip Pullman and the Mortal Engines series by Philip Reeve if you're into steampunk and alternate history.
