    I am currently doing my GCSE's and they are coming up soon. Does anyone have any tips for mock exam or how i can prepare for them aswell. Also i am struggling to get down to study every day i say i will do upto 8 hours but i end up doing an hour. Any advice? Also my exams are next year do i have enough time to get straight A* if i put the work in. Help will be appreciated.

    Quality over quantity. You could do half an hour but learn way more than someone who revised the same thing for ages, don't stick on one thing for too long

    If your in GCSE atm, you will be taking AS level next year, you can't achieve A* at AS, the highest grade in the first year of sixth form is A. To achieve an A* at the end of A2 and the whole a-level, you have to achieve at least 80% over the two years on average, and 90% in your A2/ last year exams.
    unless your taking maths where I believe you only have to get 90% in C3 and C4.
    This is difficult but with the right amount of effort and assuming you have reasonable intelligence I believe it is possible. Just out the work in and you'll do it, for the moment though, focus on your GCSE's
