This is inspired by Sontard from the Shaytards . He decided in January to cut out all bad sugars in order to help him create better food choices, and to have a more stable mood.
I want to cut out bad sugars for the same reasons really. I already am very healthy, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't eat unhealthy meals, I cook everything, fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc, but I am very bad with chocolate. I want to find alternatives that satisfy my sugar craving that are more healthy for me. Therefore for the next year, I want to try and go with no sugar (added or artificial) . Anyone else care to join me?

Omg someone else who watches the Shaytards ! I tried this for a couple of weeks but then gave us as it was too hard ... looks like im not as strong as this 9 year old boy
