(using a friend's account here but...) I'm thinking of doing Midwifery! Really excited! So, which are the most prettiest you guys have come across? And the most safe/nice environment/nice town etc.?

I WISH Bath Spa did Midwifery (I am gonna check again now hoping they do) because Bath Spa is so beautiful...

    Thanks guys!

I don't know the first thing about midwifery, but shouldn't you pick your university based on the course?

As in, which offers the most contact time with staff and patients (if applicable), which offers the best opportunities to study other subjects around the side?

    Hey
The thing I've noticed about Midwifery is that, most Universities (whose websites I've looked at), whatever grades they want, have high employability after the degree. I don't get the impression that it matters so much about which University you go to (in comparison to other degrees), but when I go to open days I will be asking more questions about this.

I will look into contact time with staff and patients of course, but when I have a list of Universities to go through. This question is just another way for me to find out about any Universities I haven't looked into.

I am one of those people where my environment affects my mood quite a bit, and so I'd like to try to find somewhere very enjoyable to live.

I am applying through UCAS and I think you can only apply to 5 universities, but I am going to choose 1 uni asking above the grades I got for A-level, 2 asking for grades I have got, and 2 asking for lower grades as back up. I just gotta find 5 places that I really like! I will have got my A-level results by the time I reply.

Yeah :/ I have heard places are limited, but lets hope we'll be fine!
    Thanks!
