(Im a guy btw)
Ive always had a below average sex drive, i guess, but it was never worryingly low before I came to uni. but in the last few months its really dropped off a cliff...There are weeks when it comes back slightly but most of the time it barely seems to be there at all. The timing (it happened after i came to uni) makes me think that its my diet, as thats the biggest lifestyle change Ive undergone recently. my parents used to give me a varied diet and vegetables with every meal but since i came here i basically eat no fruit and veg at all and a very, very non-varied diet (mostly pasta, beans on toast etc). Also, I went through a phase over the summer of barely eating anything for a while to try and lose weight (terrible idea, i know) and my sex drive also plummeted, which makes me think the same thing has happened now.
Could it be my diet? has anyone else had a similar experience? and what foods could i eat to help boost my sex drive?
any help would be appreciated cos this is really starting to worry me. :-/
