    When I remember The bristles never seem to splay too severely, so it can sometimes go 6 months until I realise I'm due a change!

    if u suffer from asthma, u need to change it more often if ur on corticosteroids as they can lead to oral thrush (thrush is not an STD PEOPLE!!!)
