    Hello
i am currently choosing my AS levels and am very indecisive about what career I want to persue. One of my possible paths is paediatric nursing or social work. What qualities do you need for these jobs, which AS levels which be a good idea, and what do social workers do? Also, what other jobs involve working with children? Thank you for any advice!

I am a student nurse so am fairly fit to answer that part of the question, you need to be a very caring person, patient, can manage pressure, multi task, be interested in the human body/biology, good at communication and a person who can deal with responsobility quite well.

A-level biology, sociology/psychology are reccomended chemistry might help a bit and then whatever else your interested in

A levels in biology, psychology, sociology and health and social care would be good for all those sorts of jobs!
