    Hi,

I'm currently in my final year for GCSE's and I'm looking at a minimum of 3 A*'s 6 A's and a B. I am very close to achieving 6 maybe 7 A*'s, 2 A's and a B. Would the minimum grades that I might be looking at, if I don't quite make the A*'s rule me out for entry at King's? If i don't go to King's I probably won't be doing Dentistry.

Could really do with some help.

Most dentistry applicants would have similar or better GCSEs. There's a big difference between 3 and 7 A * however getting those 7A* would really help your application. However the university won't only look at your gcses, so even if your gcses are slightly weaker, a strong personal statement and A level grades would push you up.
