How to deal with nosy and intrusive people...? Watch

I am the type of person who likes to keep myself to myself, and I don't like to be the center of attention. I like to keep my issues private and I don't like to talk about myself in great detail.

Also, I don't like to constantly ask people questions and intrude on private matter, I mind my own business. But some people seem to think it is acceptable to constantly ask me questions and intrude, even for the most minor things.

Now don't get me wrong, I don't mind if people ask me about certain stuff i.e. uni, but when people are so nosy and they won't stop asking questions (especially judgmental people.) I hate constantly feeling like I have to justify or answer myself to people. It's rude, offending and intimidating, even when people don't realise. I am also the type of person to get quite anxious so that doesn't help matters.

How do I handle myself in these type of situations?

I feel the same way, I just pointedly give my answers in as few words as possible, and hope they get the hint.

But what if they continue to ask questions? And what if you keep giving simple answers, but they keep on asking "why?"
