I often think of texting a mate for a chat or to arrange a meet-up, and yet I always think about what he is thinking about me when he receives the text.

What if he is mocking me to his friends, like "oh ffs, why is he texting me, again?"

How do I know if somebody likes me as a friend?

At the moment, I seem to be making all the effort, and my friend seems to be feeding me fluff (i.e. saying what he thinks I want to hear) and then forgetting that he ever said it.
