Can anyone explain to me the method of how you get to the first [m1] step in this question (the questions are everchanging, i just want to know the method)

How is it that Sin is 60 degrees? How did it get to that?

It is an equilateral triangle so all angles are 60 degrees.
S=O/H so Sin 60 = 12/AB
