Stressing about my A2 exams. I can't sleep at night, among other stuff, such as psoriasis flaring up. Any tips on dealing with stress? How does everyone else cope?!

Do some good hard exercise. The endorphins released will make you feel better. It makes me feel better anyway.

Also don't panic study for hours at a time. Give yourself frequent breaks, look at what you've achieved by revising instead of focusing how much you have left to do.

    Exercise...? What's that?
I don't do any exercise haha, maybe this is something to try. Any suggestions of what type of exercise?
    Thanks

I'm not sure how to deal with stress but being pvp king I can deal with fear using Medallion of the Horde as my trinket. Depends what race and class you are really, and I'm not talking about some insignificant worldly socio-economic divisions but an actual real situation when it comes to facing your enemy on the battleground.

Anything that gets your heart rate up really. Go for a hard walk, a jog or run if you feel like it, do some push ups or sit ups, even look up some easy yoga stretches and do those everyday. (don't overdo it and pull a muscle though :P )
I find my arm muscles get a lot better before exams cause I do push ups in between maths revision sessions haha.

I second all of this, if I go 3/4 days with no exercise/gym and just revision I barely get any sleep at night, get exercising asap!
