    A few ways.

The simplest is to set up a network share on Windows (google) and use a file explorer which supports network shares and directly access the files. You'll see the files as you would in windows explorer but on your phone.

The nicer but not as reliable way is to install a UPnP server on your laptop and a UPnP client on your phone. On your phone you don't see all the raw files but a library (like you would in WMP, itunes etc). I'm currently experimenting with UPnP servers - though on FreeBSD so I can't help much - but on Android I like BubbleUPnP.
