    7ii) In the mark scheme the answer is y = -(x - 3)

    my answer is - (3 - x )^2 ?

    That isn't the answer in the mark scheme?

    I guess you have just made a typo? Your answer is fine.

    (x-3)^2 and (3-x)^2 are the same thing so you're OK

    Yes that's not what you said before.
