So I've tried to re-apply for student finance for my 2nd year and it's confusing the hell out of me.

I'm not eligible for the HE maintenance grant as my parents earn over the threshold - which is absolutely fine. However, in my application it's telling me I have the following:

    1. Tuition Loan
    2. Maintenance Loan
    3. HE Maintenance Grant

I know I'm not eligible, so I don't want to receive the money.

Is this on everyone's application or has there been a mistake?

Should I click 'apply without taking household income into account'?

I appreciate anyone's help on this!

If you haven't entered your household income yet then it will say that but after your application has been submitted it'll just show you the loan.
